A Fall Wedding in the San Luis Obispo Countryside

Fall is such a beautiful time to plan a wedding in the San Luis Obispo countryside. Claire and Zach chose this time of year to host their best day ever at Tiber Canyon Ranch!

Unfortunately, Tiber Canyon Ranch no longer hosts weddings on their gorgeous grounds. While their business remains open, they currently focus on farming sustainable olive groves in the hills of San Luis Obispo. Claire and Zach’s wedding was one of the last weddings to be celebrated on their grounds. Which might seem bittersweet, but we made sure to give the couple, and the venue, a great big proper sendoff!

Claire and Zach are such a sweet, loving, laid-back couple. Their wedding day was all about being stress-free! While they both have this calm way about themselves, they still manage to level up the fun for their guests on their wedding day. Their furbabies were in attendance during their ceremony. The cocktail hour featured amazing drinks, but also some fun word searches and crossword puzzles on display for guests to solve collectively. Lastly, the couple was introduced at their reception by raising a pint as they walked in together. How fun is that (I’m sure my colleague, Jordan Gresham in CO. would agree)!

The experience they leaned into on their wedding day was not only fun but filled with an amazing food & beverage service. Wait until you see the dessert table! All of those experiences came together with a decor vibe that was almost ethereal in nature. There were twinkle lights just about everywhere, hanging chandeliers at their outdoor reception, and rows of lit candles at every table. Claire and Zach paired this decor with natural tones for a gorgeous evening!

However, before the sun set for the evening, I had some assistance from Namu Williams to capture this beautiful couple in their joyous bubble. Together, we made sure that Claire & Zach’s sendoff of Tiber Canyon Ranch would live on for a lifetime!
