Before I arrive, we’ll make sure the space is ready, the priorities are clear, and I understand where the final images will be used. That helps everything run smoothly on the day.
Share the assignment
Send the property basics, intended usage, must-have spaces, timing, and any special logistics. I’ll respond with questions and a custom quote.
Ready the property
We’ll confirm access, staging responsibility, occupants, parking, exterior conditions, and the visual priorities before shoot day.
Create the final image set
I’ll photograph the spaces we’ve planned, then edit and deliver your images on the timeline we’ve agreed to.

For each additional room beyond the base coverage. We’ll map out the spaces you’d like photographed before the shoot.

Drone photography
$165 · 30 minutes
Aerial still photographs to show the property and its surroundings, when airspace, weather, and access allow.
Larger properties, styling, twilight timing, travel, turnaround, and commercial usage may affect the final quote. Video, floor plans, and 3D tours aren’t included.
