Becca and Cameron’s La Lomita Ranch wedding was a night of pure celebration!
Cameron, a fellow photographer, reached out to me about a year before his wedding and expressed interest in working together. From the moment we first talked, we hit it off immediately. It’s always a huge honor when another photographer vibes on your work, but being asked to capture their wedding is a next-level feeling. I knew how much Becca and Cameron’s wedding photography experience meant to them, so I brought along an assistant, Carlos Ascensio, to help me capture new perspectives and different angles. I also explored new shot ideas, fun poses, and challenged myself at every turn. All in an effort to provide Becca and Cameron with the comprehensive wedding photo experience they craved.
Their wedding venue La Lomita Ranch, is a winery, a bed and breakfast, an event venue, and an estate all in one. The property is surrounded by towering Oak trees that greet you upon arrival and the vibrant colors of the landscape embody the plentiful vineyards. At the very heart of the property resides a small lake that reflects the warmth of the golden sun. It’s truly as gorgeous as it sounds and Becca and Cameron’s day filled me with excitement at the thought of returning to another wedding at La Lomita Ranch.

If I could say anything about the love that Becca and Cameron share, it would have to be how honest it is. They are truly each other’s best friend. Over the last decade together they have spent their time traveling the world, going on adventures, laughing, and enjoying every second of life. They are partners in every sense of the word. It was evident when Becca made her way down the aisle to Cameron and he became filled with emotion. And it was evident when they read their personal vows to one another. Their love is one that accepts, honors, and grows; and their wedding day celebration was a true testament to that.
Beautiful soft-colored florals filled every inch of La Lomita Ranch for Becca and Cameron’s wedding. But it was the personalities, friendships, and love from the members of their wedding party that truly packed their venue. Every single member of their wedding party showered Becca and Cameron with love and support for the entire day. But, when it came to getting down on the dance floor, they went extra hard.
The dance floor was poppin’ literally all night long. Which included a fun serenade from Cameron’s brother! He picked up the mic and performed an R&B song for the newlyweds and Becca, Cameron, and their guests ate up every single moment of it. However, it was in the speeches and toasts given that evening that honored a legacy. Cameron lost his father the year before his wedding. But his spirit was present with all who remembered him that evening through deeply heartfelt words.
