Jessica & Cees Cass Winery Wedding in Paso Robles was an epic springtime affair! Jessica and Cees are both currently in medical school and preparing for their future careers as doctors. You’ll get to see how they added a fun nod to their chosen career path with their wedding cake topper! As a couple, they are really sweet and very charming. It was easy for me to see where their caring personalities came from when I met their families. Both families were full of some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met!
Their union was a traditional Catholic wedding held at the Mission San Miguel. The Mission San Miguel is a historic church that was originally established in 1797. The mission still stands today and remains in use as a parish church of the Diocese of Monterey. Isn’t that amazing? The interior of the mission is exactly what you would expect of a historical landmark. Beautiful architecture steeped in tradition and cultural significance. Making it a beautiful location to get married.

With their union official, we were off to Cass Winery for their wedding reception. But, before the party got started, I worked with Jessica & Cees, along with their bridal party and closest family members on their wedding portraits. As part of the wedding package that Cass Winery offers, they provide their couples with a classic chauffeured car. Having a classic car as your wedding day ride is pretty awesome, but I had to use it as a backdrop to capture some wedding day photos of Jessica & Cees! We parked it on the venue’s grounds, under a big old oak tree. I let the old oak tree do its magic of casting hauntingly beautiful shadows all around us with the sun at our backs. With portraits wrapped, it was time to head to their wedding reception to spend the night enjoying their springtime union. Scroll through the photos below for more!
