Los Osos Couples Portrait Session

Sydney and Josh’s Los Osos Couples Portrait Session leaned into the wild conditions instead of fighting them. Strong wind moved through the session, so we used that motion to create expressive, cinematic frames.

Los Osos offers a mix of coastal landscape and protected natural spaces. That variety makes it possible to build a gallery with both broad environmental portraits and closer, quieter photographs.

Most importantly, Sydney and Josh stayed present with each other. Their willingness to move, laugh, and adapt gave the session its relaxed energy.

The changing coastal conditions became part of the visual story. Rather than waiting for perfect weather, we made photographs that felt specific to that afternoon.
